Advice and Information
We offer advice and information services to older people, their relatives and helpers. Services are free of charge, impartial and independent.
Topics covered include:
- Welfare Benefits
- Care needs
- Housing/Homelessness
- Family
- Health and Disabilities
- Debt
- Employment
- Other
We can provide assistance with form filling and making benefit claims.
The service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm:
- drop-in or by appointment at our office in Alexandra House;
- by telephone - call 020 8560 6969; or
- arrange a home visit - call on the above number.
We also offer an outreach service.
The service is available to all the residents of Hounslow Borough. We can provide Asian language support (Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi).
