Age Concern Hounslow works under contract to Hounslow Council and is supported by a range of charitable trusts and corporate sponsors, including:

- Awards for All;
- Ealing & Brentford Consolidated Charity;
- Glaxo Smith Kline; and
- Thames Community Foundation.
Hounslow is one of nine national centres for the Person Centred Planning Programme and this approach has influenced the design and implementation of our activities.
Our emphasis is on developing ‘preventative’ services in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector partners, including the Council and Primary Care Trust, Age Concern Feltham, Hanworth and Bedfont and the Seniors Trust.
We fully involve our users in development, consulting them and using their views to shape our services
Age Concern Hounslow is a registered charity. It is a member of the Age Concern Federation and receives valuable support from the national organisation, Age Concern England, as well as the regional capacity-building organisation, Age Concern London.
