Welcome to Age Concern Hounslow!

Age Concern Members Age Concern Hounslow provides a range of services for older people living in the London Borough of Hounslow.

The main activities are:

  • The Albany Social Centre
  • The Information & Advice Service
  • BME Information & Advice (Outreach)
  • The Handyperson Scheme
  • Fit As A Fiddle
  • Footsteps

Age Concern Hounslow's active age ethos sees older people as a valuable resource within the local community, drawing upon the skills and experience of older people to promote community cohesion and enrich the lives of younger people through our inter-generational work with local schools and colleges.

Why Not Visit The Albany Social Centre?

Do drop in to the Albany Social Centre at Alexandra House! There are lots of activities to get involved in, including Keep-Fit, Yoga, Pilates, Craft Groups, events and outings. Watch a video of one of our activity sessions! (opens in a new window).
